Account Deletion Request

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your IVERA App account and associated personal data.

What happens when you delete your account?

We will permanently delete your profile and personal data not required by law or legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, financial record retention).
You will lose access to your account, subscriptions, saved preferences, and in‑app data.
Processing may take up to 30 days. We’ll email you progress and confirmation.

By submitting, you confirm you are the account owner or an authorized agent.

Privacy notice

We use your submission solely to process your deletion request. We may request additional information to verify your identity or authority. If we cannot verify your request, we will notify you with next steps.

Standard processing time: up to 30 days from verification.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid future charges.
You may withdraw this request before deletion is completed by contacting support.
